Isuzu EA was on February 12, 2024 awarded the Double Star in the annual Isuzu Motors Limited Global Aftersales Competition for its strong after-sales performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award criteria touched on 6 key themes: Legal Compliance, Maximising Vehicle Uptime, Building and Sustaining Good Relations with Customers (Warranty), Business Management, Managing and Guiding Dealers, and Sales and Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 63 companies participated in this global competition and Isuzu EA emerged 4th with a score of 87%. Isuzu EA is committed to excellent aftersales as the level of customer satisfaction is influenced not only by product quality but also the quality of aftersales services given by the organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
